Villa Oasis

Loved the room with the balcony overlooking the lotus pond, very transquil for being located in a city! We also hired a tuktuk through the hotel to get to the waterfall and had a wonderful time.

Very clean, well located just outside of the center, very quiet. At night they only had one staff member at reception, so he was often busy and running around

Our first time in Luang Prabang (LPB) was amazing, and I’m so glad we chose Villa Oasis for our family of four! From the friendly staff to the great amenities and perfect location, everything exceeded our expectations. We loved having complimentary bikes available every day, and the scooter rentals were very affordable at just $10 USD for the entire day. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Not once did we feel anything less than valued and cared for. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it by two extra nights, and they were able to accommodate us without any issues. We truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended by me, my husband, and our two children (ages 13 and 9). Thank you, Villa Oasis, for helping make our first trip to Luang Prabang so memorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ N/a

Rooms by the pool were quite loud and lacked privacy

great location. the staff were extremely friendly. we got a welcome drink upon arrival and the outside is very tropical. the wifi wasn’t great and the breakfast was only okay.

I wish everything was like in the pictures, but I can't say I had a very comfortable stay, both in terms of location and the fact that it was old and had insect problems.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, especially Jack at check-in, who gave us a map and helpful recommendations that we really enjoyed following. The room was comfortable and the rain shower was excellent, one of the highlights of the stay. Free bicycles were also a nice bonus, and they stored our luggage after checkout. The breakfast was fairly limited and not especially memorable, particularly on the first day, though it did improve a little afterward. The pool feels smaller than it looks in photos and can be a bit less relaxing when it’s already in use. There are no phones in the rooms, so contacting reception means walking over each time. Finally, another small thing: the daily bottled water is quite small so we ended up buying bigger bottles at the supermarket.

The bed is cozy and bathroom is clean. The food serve cold and cause stomach problem.

The compound was beautiful and the staff was beyond kind and helpful! The breakfast food had no variety from day to day.

The room is big and comfy, breakfast is ok, the location is great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall is impressive! Nothing.

only thing is there were a lot of mosquitoes that were in our room, even with being very careful and not leaving the door open. other than that, everything was amazing!

I really enjoyed the hotel. The grounds were beautiful, the room was incredible, and the location was excellent. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure you had a great stay. The wifi was a bit hit or miss.

We had a great stay in this very central location. It allowed us to explore almost all of Luang Prabang by foot which was fantastic. As others have said, do not be intimidated by the alley you have to walk down before reaching the hotel. Being off the main road allows for a lovely, tranquil atmosphere. When the staff saw that it was myself and my two sons they very kindly upgraded us to a larger family room. It was so spacious and clean with a great bathroom. Importantly it also had a lovely balcony where we all enjoyed sitting at the end of the day. Breakfast was very good and the boys enjoyed the pancakes especially. It seems that any construction is now complete as we weren't bothered by any noise or work. A very small detail - it would be great to have a refillable water station in the lobby area.

Villa Oasis is a great place to stay. The staff are really helpful and kind, our room was perfect overlooking a little lake with the great breakfast in the middle and it’s well situated in the city. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave the hotel and Luang Prabang!
