Excellent location to explore Lyme Regis and surroundings. It's a ten minute walk along a picturesque small river down to the beach and the shops. Parking on-site is very convenient. The hosts are lovely and serve an excellent breakfast according to your wishes. No complaints worth mentioning. Had we stayed for more than a few days, a larger room with a desk would have been preferable.
