We had a suite but our washing machine did not work properly other than that i will be back every time i visit liberty university

clean room, staff were fantastic, friendly, wish the rooms had a phone. our tv didn't work, but we were only there one night. very basic hotel .but nice.

The breakfast was nice and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Last time we stayed there it was much better. This time, we had a king room and there was only 1 mirror that was in the bathroom with the toilet and shower. The sink was outside that room. It was super inconvenient. It made it very hard to do my hair and make-up while my husband was in the shower. The night tables are very small. My lamp did not work.

We walked into a beautiful lobby and breakfast area with a fountain and fire pit. We were impressed and thought we had found our new favorite hotel in Lynchburg. Then we walked to our room with carpet stains everywhere. I like a firm bed, but this one was so hard I actually thought throwing a blanket in the floor and sleeping there may be more comfortable. It’s unfortunate so much time and money was spent on the area you walk through for a few minutes rather than where you sleep for hours.

The staff was amazing and the place was super clean, would definitely stay here again.

Very satisfied overall. The room was great despite a busted pull out sofa. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the restaurant and bar were better than expected. The staff was friendly and very responsive to our needs!

First, I rated the room two stars for cleanliness - the majority of the room was very clean however when opening a dresser drawer we found a used condom stuffed back into the condom wrapper. You heard me folks - the ultimate hotel nightmare. We did not make a big deal about it because my significant other did not want our daughter to know since it was a special college drop off trip. I contested this stance but agreed to stay quiet… until now. Otherwise - clean. The television was the size of a large computer monitor and the phone to contact the front desk simply didn’t work. The staff was incredibly kind and the continental breakfast was decent, if not a little underwhelming. More healthy options like sugar free yogurt and fresh fruit would have been nice. I paid a premium price for this room and was not thrilled with the discovery of a pre-enjoyed rubber. It made me question the thoroughness of the housekeeping. Overall, a fine time. I wont be going back for reasons already explained but the lobby was lovely, and the staff incredibly kind.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the pool Breakfast had a lot of choices. There were some odd things. The mattress sits on a metal base which made a loud clang if you sat down too hard or touched it with your foot. TV listed numerous apps and local TV but all were inaccessible. The time on the Very Bright clock could not be adjusted. We were only there one night, mainly just to sleep, so these inconveniences were annoying but not that important.

Close to a lot of areas. The staff is friendly. The size of room was nice. Room was dirty old cake in fridge and trash was overflowing when we got there. The pool was freezing not heated like it says online. The first time I stayed it was really nice and clean... this time the exact opposite. Posted a photo of the cake we stayed on July 21 and cake was dated July 10.

Very clean! Perfect location. Staff was great. The night lady ( I didn’t get her name) was exceptional. I was not pleasant with her at first and she handled me like a champ. She deserves a raise. No pictures on the walls. Weird. But ok.

Exceptional

We were in town for a track meet. The hotel is cute and close to liberty university. We booked a business suite for more space. The rooms are large and have a washer and dryer in the room. Free breakfast is standard, well prepared and just what we needed to start our day. Nice hotel for a good price. The business suite has a 2 burner kitchen and full sized fridge and dishwasher as well. Worth the price.

The light passed around the entry door and flooded the bedroom making sleep all but impossible. And the decoration is weird. It's like they spend a bunch on the entry way and had none for anywhere else. That's my opinion.

Super amazing customer service and the entire hotel was beautiful!! Will book again
