Everything is good

The room was exceptionally clean. Could improve on the breakfast wasn’t very tasty and not many choices to choose from the parking was great to get to and staff was friendly and helpful

Staff, cleanliness, breakfast spread TV was not programmed right, pool water is filthy, slowest elevator on earth, no free zer in the fridge room, really? Five dollars for an ice cream sandwich?

Delicious and decent breakfast. Room smell great ! Comfy beds, clean bath and towels. Thanks for everything !

Front desk was very attentive and polite when I got to my room the tv wasn't surging she came up with new cards to change me to another room. Class act

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with our room and they tried to resolve it and when they couldn't they just moved us to another room. Breakfast was always fresh and attendant was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms and excellent service

The room (mostly the bathroom) was not very clean. There was hair on the floor and in the shower upon our arrival. The rest of the room seemed ok except for the spider webs in the corners of the windows. The front desk, cleaning and maintenance staff were great. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast spread was pretty good and they constantly had water available in the lobby. The property was well maintained and the pool chairs and area were kept in great shape.

Toilet is too low. Most hotels are like this. I don't understand how the comfort of people over 60 is ignored.

Exceptional

Room had a slight odor to it when we first entered the room. Not a bad odor per se, just noticeable. Mattress was pretty decent. Shower water pressure was excellent. We didn’t use any of the amenities, slept thru the included breakfast. Pool was very inviting but we didn’t bring our swimsuits. Solid 4 stars for a quick overnight stay.

Everything Nothing

Easy to get to and close to amenities. Housekeeping didn’t vacuum well or not at all and missed a pill on the floor. My dog found it and ended up at the emergency vet and an immediate trip back home. Hotel took no responsibility. Picture is part of the pill I got out of my dogs mouth and put in toilet.

Good

The beds were super comfortable. Room was clean, spacious, air conditioned. Staff was nice. They even handed out bottled water and coffee in the lobby.

The breakfast was generous and tasty. I worried about the attendant, who was doing a fabulous job keeping all the serving platters full and all questions answered. But she was all alone. Actually we both had issues with the mattress, which seemed like it would be perfect. But we both woke up with minor back aches. Who knows?

It was great all around. Actually a bit above the normal Holiday Inn. Great breakfast All was good
