Hello, our room was nice, but my daughter found a spider in her bed. That was upsetting, other than that it was ok. Thanks.

Room had a smell that wasn’t good and smelled like urine.

Location, comfortable beds, clean pool, big breakfast eating area, fresh popcorn and water available in lobby I have never in my life been to a hotel where they ran out of towels. We asked for fresh towels on our second day there (because our used towels had been already taken) and they said there weren’t any and they didn’t have any that they could wash either. There was another man in the lobby trying to get fresh towels as well and he couldn’t get any either. They literally had no towels to give us so we had to all share ONE towel for two days. It makes no sense. She even went to check an empty room. It’s crazy.

Very nice staff and a very quiet place to stay

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and sewage. A/c went off and didn't come on the rest of the stay. There was blood on the walls in the bathroom.

My room didn’t have any hot water. It was too late in the evening to want to change rooms. I informed the staff the next morning and overheard another guest stating that their room also didn’t have hot water.

It was a good location and good price. The room was not serviced and i had to use the same towels. If I would have been told I would have known to properly place them to dry. I also never use the same wash cloth twice. I don't think its sanitary after washing my underwear arms and butter. When I complained to the staff they told me there is a sticker on the mirror that tells you they only service the room every three days! I don't typically go around reading fine print in my room was my reply and it would have been nice to be told at check in or before renting the room.

Good hotel and served our needs. Some things in the room were outdated but nothing major.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked.

our refrigerator didn't work and they didn't replace it, other than great location.

Hotel had a 2 and a half star rating honestly I would give it a 3 and a half AT THE LOWEST. Hotel is slightly understaffed but they were all super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again for my next visit.

Pool was nice, breakfast was good House keeping didnt clean our room the entire stay. Im not sure why.

Great property. Complete with pool. Clean rooms, great staff. Great location. Good breakfast. We will stay there again.
