Convenient location, friendly staff

Staff was super nice

The only thing missing was complimentary breakfast.

This was my third stay in the last year as this has become my go-to hotel when visiting Lynchburg. T he staff is always so nice and friendly. I brought a couple "maintenance cleaning " items and my message was received warmly. I really enjoy the hotel and the people.

The receptionist on duty was outstanding—friendly, professional, and the check-in process was flawless. She deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, my request for a room with a balcony was not honored. We also had a toilet issue, and after calling the front desk four times with no answer, I had to go downstairs. The receptionist explained she hadn't heard the phone and that there was no maintenance staff available, so she handled it herself. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the room could have used a much deeper cleaning. It felt like it received only a quick turnover rather than a detailed clean. This doesn't seem like a staff issue, but more of a management and staffing issue. Great customer service at the front desk, but the room itself did not meet the standard I've come to expect from Courtyard.

This hotel was the perfect choice for a visit with my daughter! This hotel is in close proximity to shopping, downtown, and dining! The best part provided by the Marriott was their staff! The young lady who greeted us as we arrived on Friday evening was absolutely splendid and the best representative of personal care and customer service! Thank you, thank you!

Loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the property and my room were spotless. This location is extremely convenient to various shopping and dining options. This will be my go to hotel for all future trips to Lynchburg!!

$10 to park—keep in mind this is not a big city, it’s in an industrial area and was nothing but an UNDISCLOSED cash grab. $30 hold for incidentals that I had to call to be refunded, most hotels just hold a card on file. No breakfast. Ice machine was broken. Gym was broken and closed. Hallways smelled like weed and walls were paper thin. This was unlike any other Courtyard I’ve ever stayed in and I will never be back. Super 8-level hotel with Courtyard price.

Charged me $10/day for parking, didn't know about that. After checkout they charged me another $180 because of a computer glitch that still isn't refunded

Beds were not so comfortable but everthing else was great

Very clean and staff excellent

Was happy with everything except there were ants in the room. All over the desktop underneath the TV, on the nightstands and on the bathroom sink

Enjoyed my stay here. Beds comfortable and staff friendly. Defiantly will stay here again!
