it is in a good location could be cleaner. The breakfast is not very good. last two times there, they had no eggs at 9 in the morning nor coffee. I thought that it had closed.

Nice hotel with very good in-room amenities, especially the kitchen with full fridge, dishes, utensils, & pans but no oven besides microwave. Furniture was showing wear, in particular the office chair, dining table, & curtains. Breakfast had wonderful variety including nondairy milks, hot & cold foods, & fresh fruits and mashed avocado. Hot items were overcooked: browned scrambled eggs & hard sausage patties. Very large biscuits pleased the family.

I travel a lot and I can honestly say the hotel was excellent but the staff was what stood out. They overly accommodated me. I will stay here every visit ❣️

Size of the room. The King bed had a big hole in it. There wasn’t a shower door you could close. Maid service was less than adequate. Breakfast was less than adequate.

One night family stay, bathroom fan wouldn’t turn off, sink faucet handle hits mirror above when using it, noticeable stain in middle of chair cushion, large dent in wall, bedroom curtain coming off of track. No ramp in front of hotel entrance. Need to carry luggage up onto curb. Expected a better maintained hotel. Staff was friendly.

The location was near EVERYTHING. We didn’t have to want for anything. Shopping & Dining close and the variety excellent. The shower wasn’t thoroughly cleaned

Location was ideal. Close to U of L and other restaurants. Size of room was comfortable. Couldn't close curtains in living space. Table and chair was jammed behind the door. Was hard to sit while trying to enter the bedroom. Furniture configuration should be assessed.
