Don't feel worth the price. Parking is horrible. Lots of construction near by. (I know they cannot control. That has nothing to do with score.) Don't feel that over $500 was worth it.Waited a bit to check in. Seemed both men were in no rush. No I'll be right with you or welcome to hotel anything. When we were in lobby store a guest of hotel went to tell a employee about hot tub.He said "Well Im off the clock." My husband went to go and see if maybe she forgot to push the botton. As the lady was older.Something a employee shouldve done but that's the type of people we are.The jets in the hot tub were broken we found out next day. No gluten free breakfast items for people with allergies. They said the eggs were but other guests were using same spoons. Didn't seem to be monitored at all. My room was out of hair conditioner in the shower. The bed in the room is horrible. You could hear the springs when my daughter sat on it. The pillows are horrible. You put your head on it and they go flat. My daughters socks were like black on the bottom walking around in our room. Why the hell you have to reach behind you for the toilet paper. Horrible design! You can damn near wash your hands sitting on the toilet. The bath towels are like sand paper. My husband went out to smoke. Told the employees as well as the ladies in the pool that there was someone trying photos of them from the outside. Staff did nothing.Signs for vending but no machine Couldnt find gym. Again no help.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Love water and coffee & tea station available all day. Location was superb. Next to shops and a walking distance to Wholefood. The only two things I think can be improved were 1) laundry facilities (one machine was broken and two dryers did not work well) and 2) the coffee machine in the room (made one cup of coffee and we have to wait a bit before we can make another cup.)

We booked four nights at the Hampton Inn through Booking.com for five people — three adults and two teenagers. Unfortunately, our travel was delayed by a day, so we stayed for three nights. On arrival, we checked in and a $100 holding fee was taken, which we were told would be returned at checkout. When we got to our room, we discovered there were only two king-size beds, despite the Booking.com listing stating that the room was suitable for five people. Our booking clearly included the number of guests and their ages. I went straight to reception and spoke to the manager. Initially, we were told we could upgrade to a suite for $120. The manager repeatedly blamed Booking.com, saying he had spoken to them several times about the issue and encouraged me to complain to them. However, when I questioned why the hotel hadn't contacted us before arrival, he said he didn't know the size of our party. This was difficult to understand when all of the booking information, including the number and ages of the guests and my contact details, was clearly on his screen. He also said they wouldn't contact an international number and would simply wait for us to arrive. Nobody mentioned the issue when we checked in either. Eventually, the upgrade was reduced to $81, which we accepted because we needed suitable sleeping arrangements. What was not explained was that there would then be additional fees and taxes on top of the $81. At checkout, I was initially told there wasn't enough left on the account to cover a $3 laundry detergent charge. I explained that we were due around $19 back from the $100 holding fee and asked them to take the $3 from that. I was then told there were additional charges and taxes for the upgrade that hadn't been explained to us when we agreed to it. The receptionist then tried to argue that the original room was suitable for five because two children and one adult could sleep in one king-size bed.

A clean room and a safe parking area with amenities are located near supermarkets and gas stations.

Loved the 24 hour pool Small rooms

We booked this place specifically because of the pool, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available when we checked in. Everyone was disappointed, and the front desk offered only a refund. It was already the evening, and we were only staying for one night. How could they expect us to find another place then? We wish they’d let us know sooner so we could look for an alternative hotel.

I liked the suite we were in. They need more dishes and pans available to use. The beds were a little hard but overall we enjoyed the stay there. Good breakfast!

The Beds ! Cleanliness behind the doors, especially in the bathroom, behind the beds, underneath the refrigerator door, as well as in the hotel hallways and stairwell.

Great stay. Laundry room was free to use; first come first serve! Would stay again!

We were here for a 3-night stay. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean. I requested a room on the top floor which was accommodated and heard little to no noise our entire stay. Very relaxing and peaceful. We had daily housekeeping which was wonderful. A lot of hotels since COVID did away with the daily housekeeping. The breakfast was good. Hot breakfast and the hot items rotated daily (omelets, scrambled eggs, egg whites, sausage, and ham is what I saw being served). Daily items included oatmeal with toppings, waffles with toppings, bagels, muffins, cereals, yogurt, fruits, and biscuits and gravy. There wasn’t a lot of parking out front but several well-lit spots around the building with entry points (w/room key) all around. We loved our stay and will stay here again in the future.
