We liked the hotel. Very nice and helpfull staff.

Location was good First room smelled of urine so we asked to move. Second room was better but the cleaning was poor

The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest.

The staff members we dealt with were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The property was tailored and the suite we stayed in was very clean and fitted out with everything we could possibly need for our vacation away.

I didnt get to stay at this particular hotel because the hotel manager said she gave away my booked reservation to another party without advance notice to me. It was not until I arrived at the hotel on the booked arrival date did I learn that the hotel would not honor the reservation. Moreover, the hotel manager did not make alternative lodging arrangements at another local hotel. .

Toilet space is really small. Pull out bed was terrible. 3rd person just slept on the couch not pulled out.
