We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The shower was hot with a strong flow. The pool was warm and the hot tub nice and hot! Breakfast was fabulous- well stocked and a variety of choices.

I wish they had muffins for breakfast, the raisin bread was very good, the beans were very international for breakfast, but having the forks, butter, etc in three different spots was kind of inconvenient I like the coffee and tea selections We enjoyed the hot tub; it still needs a little work. This hotel has gone through a massive renovation; I hate to think what it cost Very close to the Alderwood Mall. We are going to use it again to visit family in Mill Creek. Also, very convenient to Edmonds Ferry

Busy hotel, can be a bit louder for lighter sleepers but that’s why you travel with earplugs in my opinion. Staff is friendly, makes sure everything is handled well from check-in to cleaning to complimentary breakfast. Location is close to the mall, restaurants, and line link station. Rates are decent too.

We’re on the second floor to start with, after a hour, non stop banging noises from the floor above made us feel so annoying. We asked the front desk to check but were told that they didn’t hear anything. We requested for a room change, even though the hotel was quite full, the front desk staff was able to change the room for us. We got a quiet room and good stay on the fourth floor.

The room had a terrible smell and there was nothing done about it. Breakfast had very few options for those don't don't eat pork. They did provid3 parking for a box truck which was excellent

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. We also like that the check out is at noon. I 'd rate it 7 out of 10.

Good stay. Convenient. Affordable. Good breakfast. Helpful staff, especially James at breakfast: refilling serving line, going table to table refilling coffee, and clearing tables quickly.

I had a good state except the bathrooms are impossibly small and have terrible toilets.

Everything else was great. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are neat and clean.

And then elevators smelled like hot, old electrical wires. Everything else was great though.
