Courtyard by Marriott North Seattle/Lynnwood

The bad: One of the elevators was down during my stay and the other was doing overtime with a long wait while it stopped at several floors. The stairs are located in an inconvenient location at the very end of a long hallway. I was in and out frequently during my stay so traversing the building was constantly annoying. I also found the building confusing to navigate because the hallways are so long and everything looks the same. I got turned around multiple times trying to find my room and/or the exit to the trail.

Good location. The Bistro had great food and drinks. Ed at the front desk was fun and very helpful. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. Great job to the management team

We had booked a room with 2 beds and ADA accessible; this was not available upon arrival. Although the staff tried to accomodate our needs; eventually we had to (pack up and) move to a different hotel

The staff were incredibly friendly and Olivia at the check in desk went above and beyond.

Everything was great, except that the bedding was too small for the bed. The comforter didnt go over the sides of the bed at all, it actually stopped a few inches ontop. This made it where we were constantly fighting over the comforter all night. Everything else was good, but just 1 small issue that could be adjusted. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Parking was limited, systems were not working, rooms need an update, towels were thin….

Room keys never worked. All ice machines weren’t working.

Everything was wonderful. Marriott’s are the best!

The business center did not work as I needed to use the computer and printer which costed me more time and money to get things printed at staples. Many of the hotels doors broken and things did not work. Could of swore that breakfast was included, which it was not. I also was harassed by the staff of the hotel for not being a current guest, as I was being chased down the hallway being accused of not being a guest at 7:00am walking the lobby with a cup of coffee. There were many other places we could have stayed if we were informed of these things prior to us checking in, which we were not. I was really disappointed being harassed by the hotel staff for not being a current guest, as this was pure character profiling and bad judgment on the hotel staff. I am not homeless or looked homeless, but was harassed as if I was. This made me very uncomfortable and not happy with the hotel and its staff. While checking out I did talk to the current staff at checkout counter as this guy was really helpful and listed to my valid complaints. I will be contacting the hotel management as part of this review and let them know my concerns about our stay and the situations that occurred at the hotel.

We are repeat guests as a result of the reasons noted in this survey. All 10's and very happy. It exceeds or expectations for this type of hotel, especially having "fresh", made to order (limited menu + Starbucks coffee) breakfast and Happy Hour selections. The hosts of the morning breakfast and Happy Hour are pleasant and engaging. Front desk attendants are also engaging and always greeting you as you come and go from the hotel. Plus, being at the 'End of Line' for the Seattle light rail makes getting to and from SEATAC airport so much easier! Plus, visiting downtown, University of Washington, Baseball, Football/Soccer matches all available of the light rail. No traffic hassle!! No complaints, really.

I found the room to be clean, but the amenities were lacking (there was no kettle, for example). It seems like the place is only suitable for sleeping. If you’re traveling with children, it could be difficult if they get hungry at night

We had a great stay. Nice room, super friendly staff. Unfortunately when I went to leave and had a flat tire. The manager and staff were really concerned and did everything they could to support us. I give this hotel an A.

Property pictures on the web were so much nicer. But did a job.

The staff that operate this facility are very helpful and responsive to guests needs. It is rare that I see this level of customer care and genuine desire to do what can be done to assist the traveler with their needs. I highly recommend it for short or long stays.

Hotel was clean, staff was nice, the stay was good. Thought it was a little weird that they had renovation goin on in a room at 9 in the evening on a Friday night. Doesn’t bother me but the workers permeated the hallway with the smell of marijuana, there were lots of underage kids there due to multiple youth sports tournaments going on in the area.Again doesn’t bother me but I know lots of people are not ok with that sort of thing.
