Convenient location. The rooms are not sound proof but most hotels aren’t anymore so it is what it is. Still not horrible. Beds are comfortable, the rooms have blackout curtains. Buffet breakfast is ok, please note it is not complimentary.

I think this is my favourite hotel that I’ve stayed at in the last few years in Washington. Clean and dog friendly with the BEST staff I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately the warm (not hot) tub and broken elevator tarnish an otherwise perfect stay.

The parking was very limited and at certain times it was hard to find somewhere to park

Amazing location to use the light rail, this was our third time staying and we loved it.

One out of two elevators wasn’t working for the whole week, the other was super slow and even broke down for a morning. Most importantly me and my partner had mentioned the one working elevators permit was expired. A worker overheard us and the next day we got a phone call from the manger saying the new permit was on display now. We didn’t actually talk to any employee about it nor did they know who we were, they had to have tracked us back to our room to find out who to call, a little creepy and that is why I will never stay at another Hilton again.

Fantastic property. Helpful and courteous staff. Cleanest hotel room we’ve stayed in ages. Property was immaculate. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again for future stays in the area.
