The room was clean which I guess is the important part! The location I didn't care for but if you like being near all the shopping and homeless you'll love it! VETY disappointed in the "continental breakfast".. it consisted of toast and cereal... and they make you pay a $100 deposit to stay there! I've stayed in WAY nicer places without a deposit! They also refused to allow me to cancel the reservation with a refund because I didn't feel particularly safe there being a small single woman traveling alone. Lesson learned- don't prepay!

Inadequate Internet. Couldn't keep a connection during peak morning and evening hours.

The night and morning staff were super sweet and accommodating. We had operator error with the tv and they helped. We wanted hot water and they got right to it when the hot water was out. They never made us feel like an inconvenience and I feel like that sort of hospitality is hard to find these days.

Just renovated small hotel, quiet, and great staff. Parking lot is a little hard to find, but out of the walking path in area of walkers. Good security therefore.

ABVI was affordable in my budget range. I needed a room around the area for a few nights. I just used the basic essentials such as a bed to sleep in, shower, and the A/C. Staff was very friendly. And it was quiet. Definitely will stay here again if needed ton

Breakfast was mediocre, 8am half of the Breakfast items were out of stock . Had to ask for more , Coffee was empty. But staff filled it up quickly! Overall I would stay here again , good price , clean and central.

Why is it that it's so difficult to find help or getting an invoice!? There's no phone number to call! I need an invoice that shows my name as proof that I paid.
