Great place to stay. Always impressed with the warehouse hotels. Our carpets were just cleaned so the floors were damp causing some wet socks but we were compensated quickly with Hilton points. Jessyca rocks!

The hotel is definitely showing it’s age. Our room had multiple signs of wear and tear. Rips in the headboards, deep cracks in the lampshades and scratches on lamp bases. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, the common areas were ok. It just needs a good refreshening.

Breakfast was good and had an actual human omelet chef! WHAT! They handled a large volume of people quickly. Nice courtyard with bar and room for cards with buds. NICE!

Friendly and smooth check in. Spacious and beautiful lobby and sitting area. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly at breakfast.

Room was clean and remodeled suite with a living and bedroom. Breakfast was fresh and good. There were actually omelet chefs, not machines. Fresh juice. Decent coffee. The staff was very helpful and professional. I liked the open area, so if you and your friends are in the same hotel, there is a common space to play cards, etc. Nice open area for a wedding reception. Nice conference rooms. Very pleasant.

The breakfast was OMG 10/10 I loved the omelette and potatoes!!! Don’t skip the breakfast, it’s delish!! I needed a pedi and the hotel is so close to all types of salons. If you need to get done up for an event. You have options around you. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, I didn’t get to try it. Also, a gym and pool. I didn’t get to experience. Anyways, I gave it 4 stars. Due to some small cleanliness issues and The WiFi is not free. Sign up to be a Hilton member and then it’s free. I would stay here again.

Pool was a little yellow, hot tub jets didn’t work, suite wasn’t ready at time of late check in.

My wife and I stayed here from July 31st to August 2nd, and it was a hands-down terrible experience. The property is facing severe maintenance issues, and management completely ignores guest complaints. The Major Issues: No Air Conditioning: The climate control was broken building-wide. Our room was stifling hot all weekend. Broken Elevator: The elevator near our room was out of service. We had to haul all of our luggage across the property. Damaged Room: The toilet bowl in our room was cracked, which is a blatant safety hazard. No Service: Zero housekeeping was provided during our entire weekend stay.System Outage: Their check-in system was down, resulting in a chaotic, manual paper check-in process.Terrible Breakfast Logistics: We went to breakfast at 9:30 AM on Sunday. The hot food stations (French toast, sausage, potatoes) were completely empty. Food wasn't refilled until 10:15 AM, creating a chaotic scramble among angry guests. Management & Customer Service: At checkout, the front desk agent made vague promises about Hilton Honors points as compensation. No points ever arrived. I emailed the General Manager directly to resolve this, but they completely ignored my correspondence. For a Hilton property, this total lack of basic amenities and communication is unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

We absolutely loved the Embassy suites. The rooms are always great. The properties always clean. And the breakfast is awesome. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was helpful. We’ll be back. This hotel was the perfect spot between Portland and Vancouver BC to stop for the night.

Great room and it was large with a separate seating area. The pool was nice and the breakfast was great. Lots of good options for hot and cold items. Very spacious everywhere in the hotel.

The breakfast options and how spacious the rooms were. There wasn't enough air flow in the room from the ac unit causing it to become stuffy. The only working elevators were on the other side of the building and no stairs available for use if you wanted to walk instead.
