My room 313 the sink has a crack through the entire surface. The hide a bed couch in the main room is very badly stained. To the point it should be replaced. I needed to rest on lay down for a few hours , then I left the room. And drove home back 4 hours. The worst room I ever stayed in at a embassy suites.

Everyone was wonderful. My stay was comfortable and the hotel was clean and well kept

Property location was probably the best thing about this hotel. The rooms were fairly dated. The seating was uncomfortable. I had to call maintenance to address the air conditioning, because it was not cooling properly. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. There is construction ongoing, so everything was torn apart and just didn't look great. If you are staying in this area, I would shop around a bit before booking at this hotel. If I ever return to the Seattle area, I will be avoiding this hotel.

Nice room
-
Breakfast was good Good selection of foods Omelette station is nice The sofa bed mattress was substandard My son and his wife had to take the cushions and sleep on the floor For $300 a night you guys need to do better I would have been better off somewhere where I could rent two rooms for the night for the same total cost

Need more places to hang towels / wash cloths in the bathroom!!

The staff was up to the room in about 5 minutes and it took 5 minutes to find and fix the problem. Might suggest that a drop dead date (June 1) all units get that switched over.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in with our family. Breakfast and Happy Hours were great.
-
Breakfast is good, nearby to downtown, plenty of parking and nice staff!
-
The breakfast continues to be a strong asset. The hotel is showing its age with worn carpet; scuffed up furniture; mediocre lighting.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The hotel was nice but the were two things that happened on our visit that pissed me and my wife off on her birthday trip. First the bartender (Matt) at cascades was very rude and blunt, second the water was shut off without any warning causing us to miss an event we had planned. The water was also shut off at 12 when we returned from sightseeing. Never experienced this at embassy suites.

Staff was fantastic. The room was great. The breakfast was amazing. I would go just for the breakfast.
