The staff were nice, the bathroom had plenty of towels, the a/c was greatly appreciated and facility parking was good. The bathroom needed some adjustments- the toilet was hard to sit on and your knees were under the sink. It needs repositioning. Also the shower knobs were loose and coming out from the tile wall tiles. And the TV channels were hard to find and remote barely worked. AND the kitchenette was closed off from using. There was a mini fridge but no coffee or tea pot .

The location was convenient to the event I was attending. The staff that checked me in was probably about 93 years old and was not fluent in English. I had to repeat myself about a thousand times. It took me about twenty minutes to check in. I had to slowly say and spell out loud my name, address for him to type my name and info into the computer one button at a time followed by writing it on a notebook. Parking was very limited. There was only space for one small vehicle. My truck was small so I had to park along the wall of the complex. As soon as I walked into the room I saw...lol that the iron which was located on the wall was attached to the wall with a thick linked chain to prevent people from stealing it. That's how I knew it was ghetto. The blankets on the bed were really old and disgusting and smelled like Indian food. I guess they say you get what you paid for.

The location was highly convenient and the pricing was excellent for our budget. Unprofessional management, misleading listing, and poor facilities. This property is highly misleading compared to its online listing. The accommodations are incredibly outdated; the bathroom was in such disrepair that my child was frightened to enter it. Management is incredibly difficult and unaccommodating. We brought two vehicles but were only permitted to park one. Despite a garage being available and utilized by other guests, we were denied access. The owner’s wife approached me aggressively during both arrival and departure, demanding I move my vehicle while I was actively loading and unloading our luggage. Finally, they arbitrarily tried to move the checkout time up to 9:00 AM upon our arrival. I had to get Booking.com customer service involved, who confirmed and enforced the standard 10:00 AM checkout time. I would not recommend staying here.

Bad smelll in the room.

Nothing. Service was terrible. When I arrived to check in, male older man asked for my ID which was fine, then he looked at it for like 2-3 minutes and asked for my name and gave him my name. Then he asked if it was only one person, I booked the stay for 2, but I arrived early. I told him I booked for two but that the other person was on the way. Then he said only one parking and that okay it’s fine to have boyfriend here. He didn’t let me talk so he explained the check out. Then I told him “okay my turn to talk, it is not a boyfriend, I am here because I have to work at the hospital tomorrow and live far, the person coming is my classmate.” It was insulting the tone he said and assumed I have a boyfriend. Then I get into the room, it smelled like cigarettes in the room, yet there’s signs of no smoking which is why I decided to book a stay here because I am asthmatic. THEN there’s a meal in the bathroom, I immediately tried to cancel but it was too late. The mattress was so hard. I decided to grab my belongings and book with another hotel. It was terrible service and terrible room.
