The room outlet were not working well to plug in our personal items, the room only had one tiny soap no other amenities. No elevator. The entrance a s location was not convenient. Had to go through the shopping center.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Could not use my fire stick, very weak Wi-Fi. Toilet don't flush, had to add water to make it work. Very Bad!!!
