The location was quite good with shops and restaurants nearby and within walking distance from the Lynwood train station on the Metro C line. Checking in and out of the establishment was straightforward and the office was able to make the necessary adjustment to my keycard when I could not access my room. The guests in the other rooms behaved responsibly in keeping their noise levels down. The room had been cleaned beforehand, and the bed was comfortable enough. The smell of stale tobacco in the room. The lighting in the room was not bright enough for reading and writing activities. Traffic noise from Long Beach Rd.

Location was good lots of places to eat some 24 hrs ,good hot water , good channels on the tv Seen one roach , two bed bugs got bit 5 times, it was not mopped well ,sink was coming off the wall bed was dirty under the sheets I will not stay there ever again

Roaches everywhere in the room. I remember a long time ago this place was a ok place but now it's gross and run down to the ground

Location Room #11 had roaches. When I told the staff she debated me at first but then moved us to a room attached to her living space and it showed no signs of roaches.

Very quiet no bathroom light and bathroom sink was loose worried it would fall room wasn't in bad shape just think they need experienced person to fix things and maybe mop the floor once in a while my feet were black walking around there
