Me I had to pay more when I got there for no reason no ac / and was blood all around my room

Let's start with check in. Horrible. The guy didn't have the card reader connected to the internet.. So it kept saying my card was declined.. Just to prove him wrong i deliberately went to the liquor store a block away and my card went through instantly with no issues.. The room had burn holes in the comforter. Then Saturday they allowed this man to have a mental episode for 3 hours straight. Like, tf was that about??? Dude was ranting, raving, and throwing furniture..
