Everything was clean the room was super clean and organized overall great experience

I needed extra towels and the lady at the front desk was having issues with the dryer even though she was trying her best to get it to work. Luckily she had brand new towels she opened just for me not to have to wait. Great customer service

The rooms were remodeled and decently clean. The area around the hotel is just okay. I think the price was appropriate. One thing was I wish there was a working ice machine on sight. Other than that the staff was helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Wifi didn't work , I was given the remote control for the TV, several hours after checking in! I asked the manager for a late checkout as compensation, he replied absolutely not . Upon me laying on the bed, a silverfish ran across the pillow, floor wasn't clean, and I observed hair in various places

The manager and staff are very courteous and accommodating. Overall clean and well maintained. I will definitely be staying again.
