Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison

Somehow we got into an accessible room. The bathroom was set up well for someone that needed that, not great for ones that don’t but it worked. The fire alarms went off and they had trouble getting that fixed and the ‘accessible rooms’ alarms were still going off when the other got fixed. So we couldn’t be in the room it was about 1 to 1 1/2 hours before that was fixed. The location was perfect for us as we were there for a soccer match against Wisconsin University and couldn’t have been at a better location! And the room had a recliner for my husband! Breakfast was okay. Wasn’t a fan and the coffee was not very good- for me. Discovered the location is also right near WU Hospital and many guests are coming from a treatment there and staying at the hotel between times. That was new for me! Overall it was a pretty good stay.

Not our first time in this hotel, absolutely love warm and cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, 24/7 free delicious coffee, I can go on and on but I’ll say overall we absolutely love this property

The location was great and I had everything I needed. The shuttle was a great perk to get around without having to uber.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location was key to our visit to the University. Everything was spot on!

There was a very typical breakfast hotel fair. Powdered scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, oatmeal, toast, and yogurt. Nothing to write home about but OK

Things were starting to fall apart in our bathroom, like loose fixtures and missing caulk, etc.

Good enough hotel with an OK breakfast that was nothing special. Worst problem was poor wifi. I could not get anything done due to frequent outages.

The convenient location, the free shuttle and the restaurant onsite were extremely helpful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When the hotel was booked full, staff allowed additional parking in non-parking spots, this only happened once to me in my two week stay. There are several access points on the backside of the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, comfortable bed. No towel bars in the bathroom. Coffee was truly terrible.

We were surprised on arrival at how many people were in the lobby, with several cabs and minivans out front loading and unloading, much like a bus station. But parking was easy, quick and up close, and always a space available for us. Nice large luggage carts, and never had trouble getting one. The room was a good size and well furnished, though we had to dust all surfaces. Seemed like no one had stayed in our large suite for some time. The room was well furnished, but badly lacking in ample plates, cookware, and utensils. Breakfast had a good selection and was hot, best we had on our 16-day trip. All in all, we would be satisfied to stay here again.

This was a great little hotel. Very clean with a good breakfast It was a little farther from the central downtown area than I expected.
