Easy in-and-out parking garage; very nice breakfast, and coffee and (flavored!) water provided 24/7; convenient (walkable) location if you have UW-Madison business; rooms are nicely appointed, comfortable, and very clean.

This property was in a perfect walking location from all of downtown Madison. You can walk to the capital , lake front , restaurants and bars. The staff was wonderful. The place was clean. We enjoyed the high room and the access to the attached parking garage.

Property is well-maintained and staff are some of the nicest around. Room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was amazing!! We were grateful for late checkout and they were so accommodating with our request for a little extra time for parking.

The hotel was the highlight of our trip to Madison

Extremely comfortable, great experience to spend time downtown Madison. The town of Madison allows construction crews to begin at 6am, adjacent to the hotel. Hampton has no control over this.
