The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club

The check in was quick and helpful. We ate dinner at another place and came back to the bar for a drink. The bar tender was excellent with the drinks and conversation. This is the only union hotel in Madison. The employees are paid well and it shows!

The Madison Concourse Hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the 12th floor lounge was such great bonus!!

I don’t think I would stay here again. Shuttle driver was unavailable, parking garage was difficult to navigate, front desk was not well staffed, and “premier” level room was dated and dark.

The Governor’s Club is an excellent program with all of its amenities, parking was so convenient and the location was within walking distance to the farmers market, restaurants, the lake and campus.

Great location, very friendly staff. Parking garage has extremely low ceilings, so don’t go in there with a tall vehicle or a luggage turtle top.

Centrally located. Nice staff.

Check in and out was very easy. Staff were friendly, didn’t have the food but the bar had good mixed drinks.

Breakfast was awesome clean room and service was great

The room was excellent. The desk clerk asked where we wanted to stay and put us on the 10th floor which had a stunning view of the capital. The restaurant Circ was great for breakfast and reasonably priced. We were able to walk to the Capital, the Farmer's market and State Street. We will definitely stay here again.

They did not have the reservation that I booked via expedia so they ended up overcharging me. I even showed them the confirmation. They did not care

Bathroom was a little tired. No info on tv channels or floor map.

The room was very spacious and well maintained. And of course- the location- very comfortable walking to any place you need to be.

Very good

I went during Epic UGM week. At over $400 a night, this is a terrible value even for a busy time. Ive stayed at hotels that cost half as much during the same time that are just outside Madison that are just as nice or nicer. If youre paying more than $250 a night for this place, prepare to be disappointed. First and last time staying there.
