Staff was amazing, very friendly, attentive, and professional. The building, rooms, and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. For those with mobility issues, several of the rooms require a rather steep climb up one or two flights of stairs.

Delightful place, what takes it over the top was the charming and helpful staff: absolutely perfect.

Fantastic friendly and efficient service. Absolutely spotless room. Lovely Occitane toiletries, luxurious bathrooms, and a huge bathroom. Cookies baked every evening. Incredible service. Suite 9 was perfect for a couple + kid.

Mansion Hill Inn is fantastic! We were there for a lovely spring weekend in Madison and everything was as smooth as it could be. The place is beautiful, lovingly restored old home. Our room was fabulous, we especially appreciated the large bathroom and wonderful shower. Super friendly staff that were always available and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again

Everyone was amazing and friendly got to have a nice. They even accommodated me with an early check in and were all ready to help me even carry my bag up to my room on the top floor. Was very peacful and relaxing get away for my birthday. Even started my morning with a nice conversation with Adam over some breakfast and coffee to start my morning. All in all very impressed. I usually don't do luxury things like this for myself so was all new to me from the top tier service to the fancy drinks at the cozy bar. I also liked how when I askeed somthing as simple as where a good place to get a burger would be they didn't look at me odd and gave a great recommendation to check out Dotty's. In short I would definitely come back again.
