The double queen with sofa room was fantastic. Very spacious. Staff was helpful & friendly.

The breakfast was really nice and the overall experience in the room was excellent. The ice water provided in the lounge was good, but the hot water served during breakfast tasted a little weird. The flow of shower water was a bit too fast, but not a big deal.

Very comfortable place to stay and very convenient downtown location. We did not need our car the whole trip.

Great location with large room, nice view, and nice lobby. Great variety at breakfast. Room did seem humid and spotted some mold under AC. Rest of hotel room and common areas including pool were impeccably clean. We even spotted a housekeeper in her hands and knees cleaning the elevator door track.

We stay here every time we are in Madison. Always clean, staff is great and perfect location.

Super convenient and easy walk to “The Square” and many, many wonderful restaurants! Wonderful coffee shop just one block north of the hotel. A short, walkable distance to State street and all its shops and activities. Onsite parking that is half of what you pay at other hotels! Breakfast is included with stay and included a great selection of hot and cold foods - well stocked. Will visit again!

The gentlemen at the front desk (from Italy, I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) was the nicest, most helpful and welcoming person I met at the hotel. Everyone was nice, but he went above and beyond.
