Comfort Suites Madison West - Middleton

Was good for the price but honestly the beds weren't comfortable and snacks are way overpriced

Do not stay at this hotel if you expect customer service. I had a terrible experience sorting through a mistake with the reservation and with the credit card on file for payment. Getting the number of rooms and the number of nights needed for only 3 rooms posed a huge challenge for the staff. It took several tries to finally sort through the correct reservation. Then, I reserved the rooms online with my credit card and I called to inform them that I would not be checking in, but 3 other guests for each of the rooms would be checking in and asked what we needed to do. I was told an authorization form would be sent to me. That didnt happen. To resolve this, I was told only the manager could help me. After several phone calls and an email I was finally able to speak to the manager. He assured me he would make note of guests checking in and took their names and all would be ok. It was not. One guest was treated rudely by the staff and told she couldnt check in. Another guest was sent to a room that was already occupied. Upon checking out , one guest was going to be charged an early check-out fee because they still had the reservation incorrect. The final guest to check out, I tried once again to speak to the manager to resolve the issue with the credit card used, He hung up on me and charged the card that was not to be used. We also witnessed other guests having similar issues. Overall, rude and incompetent staff outweighed anything good with the hotel

Great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Tv in the workout room didn't work. The AC didn't work and the water jug was empty. The exercise room temp was 74 degrees. When asked for help they told me they were broke. We asked the front desk if anyone delivered pizza to the hotel and the young man working the desk said no. When using the elevator there was a flyer stating the restaurant of the hotel next door delivered to this hotel.

OK room, basic breakfast, bar open until 11pm.

Overall great place. Room smelled like feet. Maybe add some automatic air fresheners.

It was reasonably clean. It does allow pets so we could hear them. It’s a bit old but it was comfortable.

Rooms smelled funny

Room was clean and quiet, beds were excellent. Nice parking, breakfast ok. Hot stuff wasn't hot nor was it cooked very well.

If you'd like a quiet peaceful stay, I recommend requesting a room away from the pool! Very noisy!

Loved the whirlpool in the room! Also the free breakfast and pool table.

If you're tired and need to sleep early, I would recommend a third floor room, or a room at the far end from the restaurant. The music was loud until 10pm.

The room was clean. The halls smelled of cigarettes. The property in general seemed a bit run down. The breakfast was better than expected. However, the fact, in 2026, that the charges, when booked through a third-party (Expedia), are not processed smoothly is ridiculous. I currently have transactions pending through Expedia and they also made me pay again at check-in, telling me that it has to happen this way when booked through a third-party. We'll see what happens but right now my card is showing 3x the charges. I may end up having to go through the headache of disputing charges.

My TV remote didn’t work. The staff took care of it while I was gone. What I didn’t like: the outside window had no movable curtain to block the landscape lighting that shone directly into the room. It made the room lighter at night than during the day. Also, the room directly above me had people in it who awakened both nights that I stayed at 4:00 am and stomped on the floor as they walked, waking me both nights. They didn’t leave the room, but stomped about for the two hours until I regularly waken. Between the bright lights and room noise above, my stay did not leave me with much energy for the day.

It was a great clean room, very comfortable suite! Cozy bed!

My hotel room reeked of cigarettes, the room felt muggy, and the ac did not stay on. This is my first and last time booking at this hotel. Be cautious if you are pregnant or have health conditions!

We had a good stay here for the price. The staff were very nice, the included breakfast and all day free coffee were great, and the $2 happy hour & popcorn were nice. Our room smelt vaguely like must and cigarette smoke but we got used to it and it was visually clean, albeit a bit outdated. Would recommend for a good value option!

This hotel was in a good location and our room was large. It is very outdated and needs to be better maintained. Our bathroom fan was super loud, the toilet kept running, and the room smelled musty. The breakfast was fine but the workers did not take care of the serving area. The counters were dirty and the coffee was empty until my husband found someone to tell. Would we stay again? Maybe if the price was right.

Our toliet kept running and the seat almost was coming off , but it was ok for a night .
