Was nice room was clean. Did find a bug in the bathtub once I got into the room.

My daughter had lots of fun at the water park. It is not large, but great for 1 to 8 yo kids. There is a ship in a small poll for 1 to 3 or 4 little ones, a pool with the main water slide for big kids, and a hot tub for adults. Breakfast. Restaurant was crowded, staff was unable to keep most of the options available during the assigned breakfast hours (to a point there were no eggs, no potatoes, no pancakes, no biscuit, no yogurt, no fruits and no cereal at 9 am. It took them 15 minutes to refill it - and not all items. They ran out of kids cereal all days of our stay). For dinner, the restaurant was decent but service was inconsistent (junior employees only). Room was ok, but outdated. The Water Park got crowded during the weekend (there are birthday parties guests in addition to the hotel guests).

The hotel rooms were very clean with soundproof rooms.

Everything was well maintained, rooms were clean. Pool area was perfect for our 3 kids, 7yo and younger.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. My granddaughter loved the pool and kiddy pool. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We paid the $6 dollars for the breakfast buffet and it was amazing! The bacon was cooked perfectly, lots of choices, what a deal! We dined at the attached restaurant and my granddaughter ate free. Had the burrito bowl which was delicious and plentiful. I was very pleased and would stay again.

Cons: The air conditioning unit in Room 4041 was unreliable which created warm & humid nights. It was also tricky navigating the luggage carts & infant troller through the narrow hallway within the room.

We have been coming up here every year for the past 5 years. Rooms are nice and spacious. The waterpark is a hit. And the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Highly recommend, especially if coming with smaller kids.

Everything was great. The beds were very comfortable. We had to pool area mostly to ourselves for a while and my kids would’ve stayed all day if they good.

We liked the room, but the shower looked so terrible that we avoided using it during our stay. I bathed my babies in the sink instead. The toilet holder broke and when I set up the couch for my kids to sleep on. I took out the pillows and blanket and there was this massive brown stain on it. It looked like someone had diarrhea, which made me wonder if any of the sheets we were using was clean. The kids did like the pool and the restaurant had delicious food.

Dirty towels left in our room, black mold on the ac unit, stains all over the carpet, comforter was not only ripped but also stained, people jumping in the room above us until midnight. Gross felt like I slept in an uncleaned room. Oh and unfinished wall in ice maker room and it smelt like dead animals.
