Hola Rooms

We had a wonderful stay at Hola Rooms. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. None -

Great location, clean, communicative staff. I wish that it had a small fridge, water kettle, and spoon/bowl. (The review did not promise these things, but I wish it had them!)

Comfortable beds, clean modern bathroom, very pleasant staff, cleaning lady did a great job I wish the refrigerator was in the room

Great location, just a few minutes from a metro station and very much at the center of Madrid. The bed was really comfortable. Would stay again. I didn't realize before that the shower is pretty much in the room and that the bathroom isn't a separate room with a shower and toilet. Since I stayed alone it wasn't a problem for me. Just a thing to keep in mind if you're traveling with friends or people you're not comfortable with seeing you take a shower. The room was relatively small, again not a problem when staying alone though.

Everything was correct, clean and had everything we needed. It was very easy to connect with the host too.

Gabriel at the front desk was super accommodating and helpful! The room was cute, clean and in an ideal location.

Too small

We definitely overpaid this room. 140e for one night is an absolute robbery. Comparing to other accommodations I stayed in in Madrid. It wasn't very clean. Bathroom and shower is falling apart and the walls are so thin you can hear everything, voices at 5am, next room bathrom shower banging at your headboard etc. You can not sleep without earplugs so make sure you have a pair.

Staff and the location

Everything was great

The room is nowhere near what it looks like in the pictures. It desperately needs renovation; everything is dirty and falling apart. There is no proper sink in the bathroom — the sink is placed in the room itself, and it is so small that I can’t even fit my hands in it. There is a window in the bathroom, and the bathroom is separated from the room by glass sliding doors. There is an unpleasant smell in the room; I don’t know whether it’s coming from the sewage or from outside. The sound insulation is terrible — you can hear people from the neighboring room as if they were sitting with you. The room is also extremely small; you literally can’t even turn around. Luckily, we booked only one night — otherwise it would have completely ruined our stay.

A little small but good for two people.

No soundproof at all you can literally hear someone breathing from the next room.there was someone coughing for straight 2 days all night.mattress so squeaky no closet and no fridge for at least a bottle of water not even a mirror except from the small one in the bathroom.

The shower. Nothing I could think of.

It was a small room but well located and really nice and clean. The air conditioning didn’t work really good the first night but we talked to the receptionist and the next night it was better.
