The location was good ,near to the Metro for easy access to all attractions and supermercado,s Carrefour and Dia on is door step. The concept of the modular room. Well equip kitchen for meals on the go or preparing a quick snack. Absence of a manned front desk.

Concept Awful communication with reception. 35 emails received for payment and were locked outside without cellular when went to pee in the morning. Had to call from the street and guy answered that we had to wait for checking in… even I told him had slept the night before.. come on

Se volete risparmiare è una delle migliori opzioni, ma bisogna adattarsi visto che si tratta di una capsula. Ottima location in centro, in 10 minuti a piedi sei in plaza mayor. E' una capsula ma abbastanza spaziosa e con letto comodo. Chiaro per cambiarsi diventa problematico, ma per me non è stato un grosso problema. Checkin veloce senza alcun problema, tutto spiegato correttamente. Bagni puliti. Le docce in comune sono veramente minimal e strette.. c'è davvero poco spazio per cambiarsi.

really nice and spacious modules, the privacy is top notch and the bed is super comfortable. the staff is nice and the common areas are always clean i think there's a timeout on the showers or maybe i just wasn't so lucky because everytime i was showering the lights would turn off hahahaha i always had to go out of the box and keep moving until it turned on again

Very secure. Staff was helpful and available 24h. Room and bathrooms were clean. Great kitchen, well equipped and they have courtesy tea! Also located in a perfect spot, we quickly got to all the main attractions and great restaurants! Bathrooms could smell better. I would like a small bench on the showers to lay stuff down while you change.
