Onefam Madrid

The host, Angel, was amazing. All you have to do is ask him anything, and he’ll explain everything in detail. If there’s any problem, Angel will sort it out. It was the best hostel hospitality I’ve ever experienced. Angel definitely deserves huge praise. Thank you for the coffees you made for me and for your incredible hospitality. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever have another experience quite like this. The location of the hostel was fantastic. It was close to everything, and there are two metro stations very nearby. The hostel provides churros, snacks, coffee, tea, milk, etc. If I had stayed longer, I definitely would have used the kitchen. Both the kitchen and the common area are really good. They prepare something almost every evening, and anyone who wants to join the free dinner can simply write their name on the board. Personally, I really loved the picnic organized by the hostel and definitely recommend it. They prepare sandwiches beforehand and take you to one of the best sunset spots in Madrid. The activity is organized together with the other Onefam hostel. There is also a regular pub crawl in the evenings, which anyone can join if they want. The hostel is definitely very clean. You can safely drink the tap water. There is always hot water in the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi is very good. It’s a great place for anyone who wants to socialize and meet people. I think closing the common area after 11:00 PM is the right decision. It makes the hostel quieter and much more comfortable for people who want to sleep. The mattress was a little sunken in the middle, so it felt like it might be time for a replacement. However, I still slept very well. I arrived before check-in, left my luggage at the hostel, and went out to explore the city. Everything was absolutely great. If I ever get the chance to come back to Madrid, I would definitely stay here again. None!

Everything was perfect here. It's a really nice party hostel. I've been to several other branches of this chain, OneFam, and every time it was just a perfect experience. The staff is nice, they offer free dinner frequently, and organize some events. And they are super supportive and keep the place clean. The thing is, many people feel this way and revisit this hostel. It attracts people who are friendly and easy to talk to. So I highly recommend it if you don't really have a plan, are coming to Madrid, and are the kind of person who just goes with the flow. Additionally, the location here is also nice! Hard to find something I didn't like It just was great for me

Me gustó la ubicación y que la habitación de chicas tenía su propio baño y muy limpio. Los churros, magdalenas y café de cortesía. Los lockers no tienen candado y las toallas que alquilan por €2 podrían estar en mejor estado. La que me dieron tenía un olor raro.

such a cool place to hang out and meet other people - especially solo travellers. facilities are great, clean and comfy. the family dinners and events after are really great. the staff are fun and welcoming (especially Coralie) and make such an effort. will 100% be back next time i’m in madrid!!!

It has a lot of people with good vibes, as a solo traveller it is the best place to stay in my opinion, you gonna meet a lot of people with relevant information about the city. The staff are really nice people. Coralie made my stay there worth it by sharing relevant places to find things I am interested in.

Como siempre, una experiencia increíble! Onefam Madrid es mi hostal de confianza en la ciudad y nunca decepciona. El ambiente es súper acogedor, social y lleno de buena energía, ideal tanto para conocer gente como para sentirse como en casa. Las instalaciones están impecables, la zona común del patio con la mesa de ping-pong es perfecta para pasar el rato, y el personal crea una comunidad maravillosa.

Staff was really courteous and kind . They location is also very close to the center of the city . Guy at the reception named angel was very nice and he was very informative in regards to things to do in Madrid. I would definitely come again.

Great walkable distance to everything but not right in the middle of all the noise, the room was really clean, the AC was amazing, shower was so comfortable, and bed was really nice as well. So many activities provided, and there was breakfast (churros). The staff were all so incredibly kind and welcoming. Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. None

All staff are really kind and supportive, there is someone available 24/7 and it truly makes the difference. Everyone from the receptionist Josefa from the check in, Angel and the cleaning lady (that I forgot to ask her name ) all of them was very nice and friendly. It was my second time in a hostel, so the cleanliness and organization surprised me in a good way and I definitely enjoyed the experience and will be doing it more often. N/a

Good location. Very friendly staff. My stay was good. However one negative aspect was that some guests in my room were engaging in inappropriate behavior (having sex on bunk bed) which disturbed others throughout the night. I believe management should establish and enforce clear rules to prevent this and maintain a respectful environment for all guests.

It is always a pleasure staying here; Angel always has the best attitude and makes you feel right at home. The hostel is very clean and comfortable, and has a great atmosphere :)
