The noise (talking on speakerphone and with each other, hanging laundry outside my window) from workers during the day prevented a nap during siesta time. The noise from other guests at night was not too bad.

Great location, good value for money, we are generally satisfied. We had difficulty opening the door with our key, luckily, the receptionist helped us each time.

My friends and I got a room to ourselves with a private bathroom and and it was very comfortable! It was cute and had a nice little balcony. There was nothing I didn't like this was great!

The location was perfect and convenient to everything I needed or wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was quiet. The outer doors were tricky to open, but I got the hang of it.

Location was fantastic! Right next to metro station, which made exploring very convenient. Also very close to Malasana neighborhood, which is great for shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. Rooms were spacious and clean, and ours even had a small desk.

I really enjoyed my stay and the location is exceptional ? also the room was clean and comfortable also the staff was very friendly specially Mario he was willing to help ,smiling with the clients, sure I will prefer to spend my next vacation in this wonderful place

Felt safe The people that arrived on the last night I was there. They were noisy and rude making so much noise past 1:30 am. Slamming doors, speaking very loudly. No manners.

The only good thing about this place is the location in the city center. The price was ok. We were prepared for a cramped bathroom and a small room, but we weren't ready for sleepless nights. There was no quiet time at night, and even the staff talked loudly in the hallway after 11 PM. At night, you could hear everything; there was no soundproofing, and you could hear everyone in the hallway and stairwell stomping throughout the night.

It was extremely loud throughout the night with traffic and pedestrians. The window had to stay open due to the heat. The air conditioner wouldn't come on.

Location, staff, cleanliness. Bring earplugs. Sounds carry easily from hallway and can disturb sleep.

Location was good, close to a couple of metro stops and an easy walk to the city centre. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was a good size. They cleaned the shared bathrooms often. We were able to have our luggage stored before and after checkout which was great. The room was facing the street and being only one floor up it was subsequently very loud due to being on a main street.
