Great price for a single room, great location The A/C works in a weird way and turns on and off in its own rhythm. Because of this, it’s either too cold or too hot in the room, which made me wake up several times every night…

An absolute nightmare, dishonest, with hidden intentionts, staff mood changes like personality disorder. Un chaos, con desorden. El personal por la mañana tiene un tono amenazante con mucha intimidación. Gente rara! Si te quejas, no te lo toman enserio, porque para esta gente. Un ambiente turbio. Primero antes en hacer reserva, vete personalmente para que te enseñan las condiciones de las haitaciones, para que no pages y entras en trampa.

Solo estuve una noche por lo que no lo necesité, pero para estadías más largas sería bueno que tenga la opción de cocina/refrigerador.

Location To avoid at all costs! The rooms are not matching the pictures. I reserved a room that I saw and got a 5m2 storage room with no window, ventilation or AC. It's not liveable and extremely far from being reasonable to put humans inside. The room smells humid and moldy. After 2 min inside safocating and seeing black, i, couldn't stay inside. The stuff were absolutely use less, she understood it's not liveable but her manager didn't answer the phone for hours, so she couldn't do anything to help me. I left for another place without a refund, but at least a decent place that is made for humans. I recommend you to avoid this place at all cost. 10 years on booking.com I never gave a review below 10, but this is an extreme situation and this place should be banned from booking.com. it's a storage room and not made for human! They are really not honest, and as I reported to booking.com support - I consider this to be a scam.

The location was good. The value was good. Very clean. there needed to be more things like hooks, towel bar, mirror outside of bathroom, a luggage rack to place your luggage on to get off of floor. Better signage at entrance and on inside door to front desk.

Excellent Good services

I liked how easy it was to get to from the airport. The location was great too. The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were amazing, they were actually good memory foam ones I was surprised. The bathroom was small, but I wasn't expecting anything else. I understand it's a hostal so the noise wasn't terrible but it wasn't great.

Staff looked tired and not very glad to see a human being but did his job.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived after midnight, and they kindly waited for me and communicated via WhatsApp to make sure I could access the property and my room without any issues. The bed was spacious and very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location is great, close to many restaurants, bars, etc. The room had a slightly unusual smell upon arrival, possibly due to strong cleaning products. Aside from that, everything was fine.
