This is a nice,clean,pleasant place to stay, close to the Madrid Chamartin train station. It’s not a fancy place, yet it provides a clean comfortable accommodation. Check in was easy, rooms are small, but have been redone recently, bathrooms have good showers,good water pressure,and an ample supply of hot water. Easy walk or taxi to the train station. The surrounding area offers many dining opportunities . N/A

Staff was fine. Only one key for 3 people. I had to ask for an extra one. No night lamp for reading at the bed. Desk unusable. No space to put the chair. Room too small for 3 people. Way too expensive. Spanish law forces you to get a 3 person room if you have a small child but there are very few such hotels and are very expensive and of low quality. It's almost better to buy 2 regular rooms but then do i put a 3 year old alone in his room? Spanish laws are idiotic, does make you wonder who's in charge who don't want European people to have families. This review is more for the people who run Europe, makes booking a room for a family with a child very difficult.

Location is perfect for catching the 15-20 min. bus to the airport. It's just a short walk away. Our hotel room was spotless. The room had tall, beautiful windows and a lovely bathroom.

The shower wand leaked and shot all over the place. The bed was not very comfortable The location is close to Chamartin rail station, but not close at all to the Old town.

Really liked the hotel's pivotal location to transport, restaurants, shops, the city and other iconic attractions. I loved the good reception, Mrs. Catherine's hospitality is outstanding and the house keeping team too, is worth mentioning. Snacks at the facility's reception are also very affordable. I really enjoyed my stay. No airport pickups.

what I liked about the property is that it was close to other areas and there was places to eat nearby The property is old. The bathroom toilet paper container was damaged. There was no AC on being that It was cold outside. I come from the United States and we have air conditioning in the house even if it’s 60° outside. The tables has scuff marks it look rundown.

The shower was good. The blinds didn’t work, so we were kept awake by traffic noise and street lights. The staff did not fix the blinds for us. The room was very small and basic. The location was near the metro but really far from the central Madrid.

Location Wi-Fi did not work at all in my room. I had to work from reception until midnight for my meetings and next day morning. When I requested for room change the staff declined saying hotel is full. And right after that half an hour later a couple walked in and they were provided a room.

No avail irons although eventually they managed to get one on the last day. For business ppl we need an iron as standard.

The price is really good and staff is friendly. Isn't the best option if you are looking into modern hotel. The pillows aren't comfortable at all. They have really big long cilinders has a pillow that are flat and not comfortable.

Location is very convenient to metro,restaurants and shopping . Drop off for taxi. The taxi stopped In front of the hotel on a busy road.

Staff is kind, the rooms were cleaned every day, check-in goes fast and 24/7 available. Location is good and easy to find, near metro station which is very good since it is a bit far from center but that is not a problem at all, very nice neighborhood with small market nearby, bakery, pharmacy, food place etc. Bathroom provides shaving kit, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer, safe sockets near bed.

The location is great- nearby many restaurants and public transport. Some attractions are walking distance. The place is very clean and the staff was very polite. The value for the price is very good. The hotel could use the renovation and the light in the room was not the best. The walls are thin so you can hear the rooms around you pretty loud. No breakfast and no gym.

Very close to the metro line. About 30 minutes to centro and walking distance to the stadium. There were plenty of restaurants around.
