No coffee machine in the room. No bar or lounge bar to have a drink in the afternoon. Dining room Not opened until 8 pm

The staff personnel were pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable including the bed. The breakfast was outstanding. We were upgraded to a mini suite and it was much appreciated! The tall tub can be cumbersome to get out of but that is more of a personal preference.

Centrally located near bus station in El Paseo de la Castellana. Modern Hotel, clean, secured near numerous restaurants. Easy bus and Taxi services. Great breakfast buffet as well. Friendly staff. N/A

Very very comfortable bed. Nice natural sun light on the higher floor. Silent room. Clean. Staff wasn't so helpful, they told us they didn't had room service when we asked for ice. Weird thing to say in an hotel. The location is not super central, but it's ok, the subway is nearby. The problem was that the area around the hotel didn't seem super safe.

Steps from Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. Wonderful views from our balcony. Walking the ancient narrow quaint streets was awesome.

The quiet environment

We visited the hotel as two women on the eve of March 8th (International Women’s Day). The hotel gave us the key to a larger, brighter, and more spacious room than the one we had originally booked. We realized this as soon as we entered the room and were truly impressed by it. That was a big gesture for us. Thank you ❤️

Great location by the metro station and walking distance to Chamartin train station. Our room was great and toiletries were included. They had water and complimentary fruit out by the lobby in the morning as well. Overall a great stay!
