staff friendly they were not prepared as in I booked a double and triple the double was prepared for one guest and the triple for 2. we had to keep calling to ask for additional items and basic things like water was not given the 2nd day!!!

That it was closed to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. It cost me 350$ and that too much money for old building and they didn’t even serve me coffee in the morning and there was no water. in that price i paid they should at least serve the basic stuff
