The space, amenities and location were fantastic. The lack of a kettle/coffee machine, but the free breakfast was great!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, this property offers a clean and accessible environment. Upon my departure, some reception staff members exhibited unprofessional behavior. They failed to greet or acknowledge my presence.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and professional, check-in was quick, and the room was quiet and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money. Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations.

Location and facility Small elevator - only two for guests and staff.

The location is good, next to the train station, has swimming pool. I checked in around 6 pm. A lady in the front desk helped me to check in and ask me to sign their form, then gave me the key to the room. At midnight! 1 am in the morning!Suddenly! Two guys were trying to open my door twice! and then the staff called me and told me that in their system the room should be empty, and my name was not on their system!!!!!!!! This major administrative error allowed an unknown person to be sent to my room late at night, putting my personal safety at serious risk. The only response I received from the hotel was a brief verbal apology. No further actions were taken—there was no follow-up explanation, no security check, no offer of compensation, no discount, and no gesture to make up for the severe safety hazard they caused. I lost hours of sleep due to panic and anxiety after the incident, and I felt completely unvalued as a paying guest.

Breakfast was very good. Wide variety of bread, cheese, meat and fruits. The excellent thing was sauté vegetables which is very rare in hotel breakfasts. The room size was good but the rooms lacked proper soundproofing. You can hear other people talking in the adjacent room which is very disturbing for your sleep.

Convenient next to Chamartin. Hard to find- no adequate signage although it’s right across the train station.

Location is right across the street from the Chamartin train station, convenient for an early morning train. I also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. The room was a bit dated, but fine for one night stay.

they lied about the pool. it was closed all the time.

While it was very clean, it was starting to look a little run down (scuffed wallpaper, chipped molding). It looked like they were taking steps to refurbish it, but they hadn't been completed, but the floors and furniture seemed brand new.

Very cozy room with additional sofa, huge comfy bed. Pretty bathroom including even a bathrobe and slippers! Breakfast was included but cannot evaluate it, did not have time to eat. Location is next to the train station, like 2 minutes walk, so ideal for early trains. Staff was kind, I could do the check in even at 1AM. Did not spend there enough time to evaluate it properly.

Great location across from the railway station, clean, large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Very good breakfast. Should have luggage storage facilities in between stays.
