right in the station

We had an early morning train to San Sebastian. This was a perfect location for staying the night and walking a few steps for the departure. There are also trains into central Madrid which made it so easy to pop down for the afternoon.

The location makes all the difference if you need a place to stay for the night and are coming from and going to the airport or the train station. We like this hotel better than the more traditional airport hotels as it the transfer via train from the airport is super convenient, reliable and inexpensive. The hotel itself is okay for a nights sleep which is all that matters. The double bed is a bit small but again it works for the night. It would be better if the AC had more controls other than off and on and I would appreciate improved bathroom amenities such as conditioner for washing your hair.

Convenient location if you need to travel by train to northern Spain. Everything was good but mostly the convenience to be close by train station, stores and many restaurants.

Fine hotel but lots of construction around Location was a bit hard to find

The fact that it was right at the Chamartin station for our early train to San Sebastián The price was too high; ultimately, the room was very basic and not worth more than €100—the rate was truly excessive. It was merely for a few hours of sleep, as check-out was early in the morning at 6:30.

Location and it was a great value. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Good restaurant for breakfast as well as all day dining. Room was what was expected and surprisingly quiet for location. FO staff were very professional and efficient The only thing was an unpleasant drains smell in the bathroom

Clean! Construction

The hotel is in the train station, which is very convinient for those who are travelling and need a place to rest. Also the room was awesome it was exactly like the photos from Booking. The neighborhood has a lot of thing to do and is really easy to take a subway to visit Madrid from there. As the train station was under renovations it was a little hard to find the hotel entrance. And the staff on the second day was a little grumpy. But overall a very good experience

i struggle da lot with location. inside a train station, not too much guidance and tons of construction dust. The train station is also very limited in facilities. Too far . the room did not have for making tea or coffee and bathroom was also only soap. i do not understand the 4 stars of the hotel. then i moved out to another 4 start and i can not see how the 2 could fell into the same category.

I guess that it was close to the train station but nothing special. If I knew they were going to charge me over $220 for one night, I would have never booked it. My next place in Madrid will only be $120 per night. Nothing special. Workers were okay but nothing special.

1-it is right beside the train station. You can literally walk across the parking lot to Chamartín train station 2- Nice breakfast 3- nice staff - The room has almost no electricity plugs. There is only to the right side of the bed and they have the plugged in it. - one switch for the bed light to the left side of the bed. 2- Room and bathroom are very basic. You can take a shower in the bathtub, so be careful not to slip

Everything!!! The construction around but that will finish at some point, anyway the hotel has nothing to do with that.

Location Noise

Just made a review from another stay at this hotel. Staff is great and always trying to help, location is great and the restaurant on site is a plus. There is a construction around the hotel including the train station. Regardless that situation the hotel is easy to access and to get to.
