Amazing staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is amazing, very accessible and close to everything. Great service overall. Unbeatable prices, high value for money. Many thanks to the Manager and his incredible team. Definitely would go again if visiting Madrid.

Location and the patios are great. Staff is great. Check-in is early at 2pm (not that crazy 4pm everyone else uses) AC could be stronger

This is a cosy hotel, with tons of charm (this is not a business hotel). I travel a lot for work so this was a great change. The breakfast was great, nice roof terrace, room was big and large shower / bathroom. The location is perfect Only thing would have been if there was a bar on the roof terrace

The room was good size. As a family of four we were all very comfortable, children are 15 and 18. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They breakfast was ok. The eggs were not very good, but all the other breakfast items were good. The elevator is very small. 1 person 1 suitcase, that's it. But that was only applicable for checking in and checking out. The rest of the hotel is good.

helpful staffs and rooms. should have microwave for heating foods

The location was ideal, the staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great! Nothing - all positive

The pull out sofa beds were terribly uncomfortable

Location was good. And Ammar was a wonderful person! I will genuinely miss him. But the hotel is a bit cramped and the check in process wasn’t ideal. I could tell they were doing their best, so I sympathized. But it’s more ideal for people who travel light. If you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with small kids, it may not be ideal. Good for couples and young people who want to be close to it all.

It was a very unique boutique hotel with an interesting film/movie background. It was clean and the beds were good. Air conditioning did not work. We tried to keep the windows open but it was in the middle of all the activity, so it was loud until early hours of the morning.

Getting a bit shopworn.

The staff was very friendly. They kindly accommodated a room change. The continental breakfast was delicious. They have great coffee! Our rooms were spacious and clean. Some rooms are smaller but have a patio. Locations I great for theaters and plenty of sights including the starting point for all three city tour turibus routes, nightlife, metro, shopping, and restaurants. I have no complaints.

Everything was perfect, the location, room space, staff service and the location ! All was great

Great value! It was a great price for the location. It was not the fanciest hotel in the city center but it was very clean, very comfortable (A/C and elevator) and the staff was fabulous.

Location. Staff. Nothing.

The staff was definitely the best thing about the hotel. Being greeted with a smile and how you are doing everytime we returned was great. The girl at the front desk went out of her way to find us a fan after we mentioned that we were feeeling hot at night (they were in the transition in between changing the heater to cold), Also, the girl at breakfast would get me a glass with ice every morning as she knew I liked to drink my cold Coke every morning. Since the street where it is located is very busy, you could sometimes hear the people's voices at night. Also, the lobby is basically non-existent, it was way too small. So was the elevator that could barely fit two people with luggage. Nonethless, the other things mentioned above compensated for this.
