Very clean facilities; you can tell right at the entrance. Very comfortable bed. Great location. Staff very kind, they even gave me some extra insta coffee for the morning. A little noisy sometimes you can hear other guests outside the door or even the rooms next to you, since the rooms are not soundproof. However you cannot hear any noise from the street.

It is in a great location, it was perfect for our needs. Angel is an excellent person, he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time in Madrid. Nothing!

Comfortable, excellent stay for two nights, three adults A bit cumbersome to find the entrance, reception is on the 2 nd floor. Not clear how to enter the building. All smooth once we received the key.

- The staff is exceptional! - The rooms are well kept and very clean; the mattress is totally comfortable. - The 'cherry on the cake': There's a coffeemaker in the room, and the coffee is the best I've had in Madrid. Yep! - Even though the hotel is only a 7-min walk from 'Grand Via', it is located in a very quiet, peaceful street... - There's a Japanese restaurant and a 'Poké Bowl' (delicious) restaurant next door. There are tons of places where you can eat out in this neighborhood. There's absolutely nothing not to like about this hotel!

Everything was good and comfy. The room was clean, the beds nice, the personnel helpful, the location basically in the city centre. The walls were a bit too thin and we could hear the street noise, so I would not neccesarily recommend it to light sleepers, but this was only a minor drawback for us. When booking, you should be aware that the walls are thin and you will hear the street noise, which can be a con to some folks.
