Outstanding, budget-friendly, and great location. Bakery and Diego restaurant steps away. Highly recommend Nothing

Fantastic location for tourists. You can walk to many main attractions in Madrid. Restaurants abundant in this area. There is a small lift to help with the luggages. The room was very simple and clean. New window sealed the noises from the street. It's not about the hostel but about the Booking doc com's web site. I changed my travel dates after I booked the hostel and I could not change my hotel dates on the web site. I messaged them through the web's messaging portal but they never responded. At the end I called them directly and was told that they could not change anything on the Booking's web site but they could change my booking on their own book. I could have paid less for the days I stayed in Madrid.

Location was terrific. Walking distance to all the major sites. Had a balcony room which was wonderful but the st got very booster bight.

The a/c wasn't working, and the rooms got a bit stuffy. We aired them out during the day, but at night it was too loud in the neighborhood to keep the windows open.

The staff was exceptional! So kind and helpful. Great location. Very clean and comfortable

Great location. Very responsive staff. Small rooms.
-
Comfortable bed, hot shower, and wonderful walkability throughout the neighborhood with tons of restaurants nearby.
-
Nice location in the city centre. Quite street. Close to underground station and Puerta de Atocha train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Pillows were too hard. Door is not well isolated from hall noises.
-
Thin walls. Asked for towels from cleaning service. Was told I could not get towel that day had to wait till the next day. I was leaving then so I had no clean towels to bathe with. I would still stay there again.

everything went well, we are happy.

Clean and well located. Bed was very comfortable. We could leave our luggage at the hostel until check-in three hours later. Check-in upon arrival after 8+hours on a red-eye flight we were exhausted and desperately needed a shower and sleep. We had to wait three more hours in the street and coffee shops until getting our room.

Concierge was friendly, helpful. Housekeepers were thorough and helpful and super friendly. Liked the simplicity and security of actual keys. Elevator, though small, was fast and clean. Air-dried towels! Love that. Loved the window/balcony, set up our clothesline out there. Window and shutter combination really controlled enthusiastic sounds from out of doors. Also D. Diego is right there and it is a great restaurant. only one set of keys issued to a party of 2.

Great location in the Las Letras neighborhood. The simple, clean room met basic needs. Good breakfast spot across the street and other restaurant choices. Be aware of the flights of stairs to reach room. When you arrived at the address, check-in instructions (to call, walk up to second floor and through door, etc) weren't clear, but check-in went smoothly. Towels were clean (and classically dried on interior clotheslines), but a little frayed.

Booked 5 nights. Received a very big Room with 2 Windows, street view. I enjoyed a lot my stay. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. It was clean and had shower gel and shampoo which you Don’t always find in hostels. Makes things easier when you reach at night. Nice area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Carrefour just a minute walk from the hostel. Had a small heating issue but everything was fine. Someone came immediately and showed me how things work. Thanks !!!

Value for money was amazing! The room was large, clean and the beds we comfortable. The location is fantastic. Would stay here again next time I am in Madrid. Nothing

Need to at least know basic Spanish to communicate with the staff. However, the staff is very willing to communicate and be helpful.
-
Clean and comfortable, bus stop to the center of the Toledo historic district is right in front. Nothing to report.

location was excellent

Very clean simple room in excellent repair, tall doors open onto small balcony, good AC and hot water. Lift was available and working, if desired (we typically took stairs). True double bed and good mattress. Excellent location in Old City, easy walk to both museums and Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Complimentary toiletries were a little sparten, few creature comforts in room, such as no hot pot for tea or instant coffee. Check in with hosts was on second floor under a different hotel name, a little confusing at first.
