The hotel was conveniently situated on the main shopping strip & close by to lots of restaurants & attractions. The rooms were very comfortable & spacious. Breakfast options were decent.

Very quiet room on the side of the building. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped. Very clean and well cared for. Liked double sinks, bidet, and two luggage racks and good storage space. Light blanket on bed rather than a duvet, perfect in hot weather

Great location, spotless presentation, lovely bathroom with lots of well lit mirrors and double basins. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were very helpful.

Fantastic location in the very heart of Madrid. The staff were outstanding – extremely friendly, professional and always helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained. Everything was at a very high standard and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay at Hotel Atlántico again on our next visit to Madrid!

Breakfast cereal, fruit , tea, coffee are good. Often orange juice had run out and the hot food (scrambled egg, fried egg, bacon, potato was cold or had run out.

Superb

Room was small but luxurious and lacked nothing. Very tastefully appointed. Very comfortable room, AC was effective and quiet. Although it overlooked Gran Via there was little to no street noise. Blackout shades were wonderful. I only wish it had been a single large bed rather than two single beds pushed together. Still comfortable though.

The room was very clean and aesthetic - it had everything that I needed. The location is superb. The common areas are also very pretty.

Location, views, comfortable clean room. Nice staff, paid breakfast option Parking prices and their discount pass didn’t work for the arrangement with an outside parking garage. Paid full price!

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The service felt truly five-star, my spacious and comfortable room was kept absolutely immaculate, and I especially appreciated the evening turn-down service with chocolates left on my pillow. The €12 breakfast buffet offered an incredible selection and was outstanding value. The location on Gran Vía was also perfect—central to Madrid’s major sights, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. I genuinely did not want to check out. I honestly cannot think of anything I disliked about my stay.

Excellent location - right on Grand Via, opposite the Metro.station. But very quiet at night too. Very good selection of continental and cooked buffet items for breakfast. Spacious bedroom with air con and a lovely powerful shower. Nothing! Would definitely stay here again!
