The location only I have stayed at this hotel many times because of its reasonable prices and good service. However, this stay was disappointing. I requested slippers and a toothbrush, which were usually provided free of charge during my previous stays, but I was told I had to pay €5 for each. This was especially disappointing because this time the room rate was higher, while the services provided were noticeably less. I hope the hotel can maintain the same level of service for returning guests

Amazing staff !!! We arrived very late and exhausted and they kept finding ways to make us feel welcome, upgrading us not once but twice to a very large and spacious room. The level of care is top level. Fantastic stay, top location and incredible service. Will 100% be back next time I’m in Madrid. Nothing

Great location but too busy and noisy to be honest. We had a first floor room with a balcony overlooking Gran Via and I think next time we'd prefer a different location in the city. We did like that the mini bar was included and free. That's unusual for a hotel to offer that for free and was greatly appreciated. No towel hooks near the shower! The towel hooks were inside the area where the toilet was located when they should have been on the wall outside the shower. Also, the wifi went in and out too often. It was difficult staying connected when we needed to be connected.
