There was a very bright light shining in the room through a window with no curtain and it kept me up all night

The front desk needs to be more informative. I had to go down from the fourth floor at 3 am for the ceiling fan remote control, as I was not informed I even had to leave a money deposit to use.

The room faced the street, and all the street noise could be heard inside. It’s hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Perfect location, Very convenient, friendly staff. We are quite worried about the noise, hot water, no shower gel in the reviews, but turns out everything work just fine :) the hot water is there during our 4 nights stay and the staff said if he can give us access to another floor if there is no hot water on our floor. The double bed is a bit to small; shared bathroom in the evening might run out of toilet paper.

For two days, we tried to take a shower but didn’t have any hot water. Only after we complained did the hot water come. During the night, people would turn on the corridor lights, and we couldn’t sleep because of the lights; we had to get up to switch them off.

Right in the center of Gran Via!! The door was too thin and transparent for small lights also It would bother me if I was as a couple in my stay.

Location was excellent. Size of the room and view from the room were great. Heater was not sufficient for the size of the room. No hot water for shower!
