Great place ! All is fine
-
Very central location. Easy to reach everywhere. Door was not opening easily

Good location. That's probably the only good thing. The pillows and mattresses were very old and flat already so the beds were not that comfortable. Toilets were very narrow and the water heater was inconsistent. The sofa was terrible - it was old, very dirty and falling apart. Obviously, they didn't take care of the place and the furnitures.
-
It was very good but they are strict with the time of check-in and check-out
-
The location is good It is very dirty and the hot water didn't work in the middle of the winter. They said a technician would come to fix it but they never came. Don't recommend it. Staff is not helpful on the phone either

It was comfortable for a family of four. A master bedroom with a king bed, and a separate bedroom with two twin beds. It also had a usable kitchen, and a den. Two full bathrooms, one for each bedroom. They provided bottled water and cookies. A very short walk to the metro. The master bedroom had a shower door that was blocked by the toilet. It was barely usable. The hot water was sporadic. There was no front desk, it was an apartment. They do answer the phone, though. We think they forgot to send us the paperwork needed to register (or I didn't find it). Therefore we were not allowed in. I needed to fill it all out on my phone before they would let us in. That was no fun. The neighborhood is not great for tourists, but we did find a few good restaurants in walking distance.

The location was perfect, 10-15 minutes to most places we wanted to visit. We were able to come back to the apartment fo

Walking distance to major sights Small, compact, sofa bed uncomfortable, street noise.
-
Clean and location was excellent Shower is leaking through the door
-
Overt central, beautiful and spacious abatement, beds were so comfortable , everything was thoughtfully provided to make the stay a home away from home.

I had just come from staying at the Intercontinental Madrid, but honestly felt even more at home here. The location is fantastic — just a short 10-minute walk to the main market, world-class museums, and Retiro Park. The neighborhood has plenty to see, do, and eat, with countless restaurants and cafés nearby. One thing to note: it’s in a lively central area near the metro, so there can be some crowds and noise at night. I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me, but lighter sleepers may want to keep that in mind. Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Madrid who wants comfort, style, and convenience all in one. The sofa bed could be cleaned better (I didn’t use it) with noticeable dark stains. because it’s in a lively central area near the metro, there can be some crowds and noise at night. I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me, but light sleepers may notice.

It was a great location! The shower was refreshing and the beds comfortable. It was smaller than expected, but very adequate. We would stay again. Perfect for a couple.
-
Actually, my expectations were exceeded. I think I won a jackpot with this apartment. My kids loved it. I also love how the apartment was easily located in the centre of everything. Nothing.
-
The location is very convenient! Found a big cockroach during the first enter into the building in their kitchen sink, and saw a small cockroach next day on the floor.

Rooms are spacious. Location is very good. Even if service is 100% online and it takes some time for communication and solve issues, they were able to help us with some issues. Any service or help you need is 100% online, with messages or calls, there's literally no one to help solve fast and/or easy issues right away. Also there's a kind of ""reception area"" where we waited for the check in time to be ready that is very old and not that clean. But at least the rooms were better. We stayed here cause of the location, but wouldn't stay here unless needed. Theres better value for the money around other areas madrid.
-
Great location, quiet for sleeping and resting but very close to lots of amenities and right beside Anton Martin metro station. The apartment was very clean and the beds in Apartment 6 were a great size and very comfortable.
