Artistic B&B

Not much. Too many flights of stairs. Shower was too small. Shower soap holder did not hold the soap as I slipped through the rack. One folding chair in the room. Could not squeeze by the edge of the bed as there is a wall shelf. View of a wall 10 feet away.

Location, staff attention, cleanliness Nothing really. Not a big fan of the deco style or the 3 floors of stairs but I was well aware of it so no complains.

It was clean and quiet. I like everything

Very nicely decorated with art and color. The location was in a very cool old part of Madrid with narrow cobblestone streets. I also like that it had air conditioning and that they offered a breakfast coupon we bought for breakfast right on the corner. The breakfast was great! The room was very small and the bed was a little hard. Next time we will stay in a standard room for more space.

The young man who checked us in was excellent. I only speak English and he did a great job

Location was excellent, Staff very attentive and helpful.. Access to building and room super convenient. Communication with the staff extremely good (via Whatsapp), letting them know our arrival into Madrid would be delayed, they were always responsive and upon arrival the staff even helped use with our luggage up the stairs to our room. Although the room was a bit smaller than expected, it turned out to work very well for us. Nothing to complain about.

The location was wonderful and the staff was super helpful. It was a little small and we had two big suitcases which the staff helped to bring up abd down. But we made it work for a few days.

Very clean and organized No elevator

First time in Spain. Very beautiful neighborhood and many nice places to go. Location! Loved the location and the price. 20 mins walking to Atocha Station. More silent and felt very safe and less crowded than Gran Vía. We really enjoyed the stay because it felt homey; near many nice places and museums. They have nearby places where you can do breakfast for very good price (they give you a voucher). Every night we went to do a flamenco show, dancing, live music at a bar; very near the B&B. The staff was super nice! LOVE IT! Only stairs, but that is part of staying at an old building. The room was smaller than expected, specially the bathroom, but we didn’t spend too much time there.

The breakfast was ok. So nice to have staff awaiting my arrival and offering to carry my bag up the stairs. The decor was delightful! Quiet, comfy, clean. Staff helpful in giving me tips on sights to see. Nothing

Location was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Conveniently located in nice neighborhood.

Great location with wonderful restaurants and museums nearby. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was a little tight for two people but comfortable.

The front desk folks/hosts were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Wonderful experience staying here. Great location! The hotel is on the third floor. So as wonderful as everything else about it is, it's still quite a climb :) Also, the room's lighting is a little too dim..
