AYZ Villegas - Auto check-in property

Price How everything is automated and there is no soul of the place, and no human employee to talk to. And that you can’t even check in 5 min earlier, and you have to stand out in the heat until 3pm ticks on the clock.

Location is close to the airport Air conditioner was not working. I could not find the controller. And the Bot chat couldn’t help neither was I transferred to human agent. I had to check out early because of this

Met my objective of being easily accessible by Metro line 8 to Barajas airport. The price was reasonable compared with other places. The bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom had a good shower easy to regulate water temperature quickly. All digital. No human interaction. Registration may be efficient to the hotel, but it was cumbersome, extra complicated and frustrating. It took me many hours till I figured out the system. On arrival met another customer outside the building having no clue how to get in. Spent time helping her. That same day met a couple with the same problem. More complicated even for them. They were there when I returned from lunch. They didn’t succeed and had to find another hotel. They lost the money they paid for their stay because the contract considered it as a no show. That is another point about the digital signup: it takes so long to read, acknowledge, sign that it’s exhausting. Furthermore, I felt as if I was a criminal given all the ifs and buts, list of cause and amounts to be charged for any infraction. Also you have to initiate a digital interaction through the portal. If you don’t do it the system doesn’t register your checkout on time and you will get charged. Worse of all was the links to open two doors to access the building and a separate one for your bedroom. You have to save them (I did to Notes in my phone). Because this property has shared bathroom, you better not forget to take your mobile phone with you. Otherwise you can’t get back in your room and you cannot reach anyone.

We stay here often. It’s by the Metro and airport which is really convenient. Always clean and safe. We always appreciate the water supplied by the hotel. This visit we stayed more than two days and we were unable to exchange towels. We paid for each day but would need to pay extra to get clean towels. Everyday is a new paid day and we should be able to get new towels every couple days, minimum.

Not helpful online Terrible location Everything

Clean room! I booked the hotel last night. I arrived here at about 10:50 PM. It was so rainy, cold and dark outside and I was so tired. So basiccally, I was supposed to get it by the code rapidly but the code didn´t work. I was luccky someone came out and I could at least come into the interance. Anyways, it took me several minutes to read the email, register, upload documents, put lots of numbers few times (at least 3 times) I received an email and come to my room, number 18. Meanwhile I was tried to call on the phone number but received the answer that all of our agents are busy right now!!!!!!! A big lie. Also, use a chat box which did n´t help at all and also reply to WhatsApp the hotel send me without any receving more respond. Then, I realized it needs a code again and I put same code and it didn´t work again. I had to analyze my email, go to few wabpages and use my inteligence at about 11:30 midnight to understand that at the bottom of the one of the message there is an Icon of Open Doors and then in another page says Main Door/ Open Door and then there is one more Room Door/ Open Door. Yes. The puzzle was solved. I get into my room at abot 11:45 midnight. The room was cold, the window was open and ... I new that I booked a room with share bathroom but didn't know that someone may go in there to take a shower for hours. I was waiting for half an hour and could keep open my eyes while I was hearing annoying sound of ... from neibourhood. Anyway, I fall sleep without going to bathroom, make a shower, brushing my teeths and .... What a nightmare! It can be a shorts story for a journal. A y Z Village Hotel nightmare!!! I am waiting for your response to take my further action. AMIR

nothing The room was nothing like in the pics. Too many emails and messages. Too complicated. Pillows hard as stones. Room poorly equiped. Doors very thin and easy to break in. Shared bathroom floor not sanitary.

Self check in was great! Dirty night stands and floors

It was easily reachable from metro and buses. Easy to travel to/from airport and also city. Room, Washroom were quite clean and comfortable. Water dispenser was helpful. It was so easy to operate everything using the web app. I used the late checkout option which was available only up to 14:00 but would have been much better if other options like extend up to 16:00 or even 18:00 were given as most of the time flights are scheduled late in the evening.

No lift i took my luggages in 3 floors up Noisy, its been noises from other rooms Check in was extremely hard - due to Spanish language, my roaming Internet was weak - so its gave me extra hard time There was noone to answer you.. they should keep at least whats app admin to help I will not come back again

Clean Economical Had trouble with entry

The photo does not correspond to reality. Everything is very dirty including the bed and towels. You feel like you are staying in a prison. You can hear every sound that happens in other rooms. The process of check in and check out is inconvenient. It is better to live in a hostel than in this hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are quite thin and you can hear people coming into the other rooms. The auto check-in was easy to initiate, but once you had to use the e-mail, that was sent to you to open the doors, then came the stress. You have to be reallly fast to open both doors, because the internet connection is poor between them and you have to restart your mobile data. Also keep quiet so that you can hear the buzzing sound that lets you open the doors. If you keep calm, wait for a moment, things work out. Definitely book a room with a private bathroom. The auto check out was much easier. All in all, I liked it and would definitely stay in one of AYZ’s facilities again.
