Hotel Review Absolutely perfect location on Gran Vía, with everything you need just a few minutes’ walk away. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well suited for a relaxing stay. The staff are truly fantastic warm, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel at home. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Location, room service, staff was all perfect, we liked everything The only thing is The pool and sundeck, was not exactly what We expected, it is quite different from photos. Smaller and older I’d say but it’s ok.
