There is free WiFi and a flat-screen TV in these designer suites. The Eco Alcala Suites are in a residential and commercial area, 10 minutes´ drive from IFEMA Convention and Congress Center. The building has a large sun terrace, and an outdoor swimming pool, open in July and August. All suites at the Eco Alcala have a living-room area with a dining table and a double sofa bed. There is also a microwave and a fridge. Ciudad Lineal Metro is within 1969 feet, and the famous Alcalá Street is 164 feet away. The nearby M-30 and M-40 Motorways offer easy access around the city. There is a bar/cafeteria with a terrace that serves buffet breakfast every morning.

Rooms spacious. Ubers quick and cheap so easy to get around. Some good restaurants nearby. On site breakfast so so Lifeguard by pool overkill and ideally open earlier and close later

The staff here, in-particular the two female front desk assistants, one of whom was called Sandra Rubio, couldn't do enough to help as and when needed (e.g, providing extra towels for room or the swimming pool, use of iron, travel advice....the list was endless!). They were incredibly welcoming, extremely professional and a tremendous asset to the accommodation complex. The only disappointment upon leaving our stay at Eco Alcala Suites was, given a early departure to the airport for our return flight home Sandra and the other female front desk assistant weren't working for us to pass on our gratitude and bid "adiós" and "muchas gracias" to. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The cleaners also, who are available should you wish to utilise a daily spruce of your room, were great and every day we returned to an immaculate living space. Fantastically run accommodation that's well located about 15 minutes commute by metro or bus to Madrid centre. Lots of well-stocked grocery and mini-mart shops a hop, skip and jump away as well as cute tavernas (small pubs/bars) and coffee bars. We'd have no hesitation returning and staying at Eco Alcala Suites. Only negative was, which isn't directly linked to Eco Alcala Suites, our room was directly facing the street the accommodation's complex's front entrance is based, C. de Santa Leonor. Disconcertingly there's two compounds of waste land in which what appeared to be homeless people rough-sleeping within. Very surprised the Spanish authorities haven't regulated and done something (i.e, trespassing) to police this. Presented somewhat of an eyesore to anyone, like us, with rooms facing these spots of land.
