Wonderful view over Madrid from all sides of the hotel. Good location for IE university tower and the shopping centre underneath. The hotel spa facilities were expensive and not very good. There was a small indoor pool, sauna and hammam which cost €30 for 45 minutes of access. There is no outdoor area at the hotel, but given that it was 40 degrees at the time of my visit, I understand why. The hotel is not practical for visiting central Madrid - it is a little too far out, but thankfully, Uber is cheap!

Nice posh hotel, 26th floor room had decent views. Room was the quality expected, not superb, but very good. Slightly tired though. Had everything gone well at the hotel we would have been very happy. Staff were lovely. This probably wont happen to you, but... couple of power cuts, wifi didn't work initially, but was working in late evening, and a fire alarm going off with the horror of the thought of having to scale 26 flights of stairs... but before we had left the room the alarm stopped.
