It was clean was about the only thing I can say about this hotel. Strong water pressure, and hot water was plentiful! Staff was dismissive, short, and not very welcoming. We had twin beds in our room. One was fine, but the other was one sided. If you moved to the left side of the bed, you automatically rolled to the dip in the mattress. Room is the bare necessities. Two beds and a bathroom. Not even a mini fridge to keep cold water for the hot summer. The shower door was also the door to the bathroom, so minimal privacy in the bathroom. Water pressure was good and hot water was plentiful. Breakfast was not acceptable after staying in other hotels for the same price. Meats were packaged deli meats. Only fresh fruit was bananas and I think apples. Nothing hot or fresh. True disappointment. Not close to the train station or metro entrance. Difficult to get to the hotel after 11 pm due to the metro closure. Not many restaurant options close by.

Room was clean and modern. AC shut off and staff came right away to fix the issue. Basic but clean and room in good state. Great for transition between international arrival and train transfer to Barcelona.

Moderno, Prático, Limpo. Tudo bem no padrão Internacional de qualidade. Um otimo formato economico. Estava tudo dentro do esperado. Sem surpresas.

Clean . Close to train station. Too Spartan . Tiny room. Only one pillow per person . No water .

The fact that they let us check in incredibly early. They knew we were tired All great but I guess we were not so happy with having to pay to leave our bags in lockers after check out.

The staff is very friendly. It has no fridge,, and the TV has a terrible menu.

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. The staff was professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Additionally, the metro and bus stops were within walking distance, making transportation very convenient.

Hotel served a continental breakfast for $13 per person. Its clean and comfortable! Easy access to Atocha station, easy to get taxis and Ubers It's a 15-18 minute cab ride to heart of Madrid. You are not in the heart of restaurants, more in business/office section.

Very clever design for a compact bathroom, where one door served two different purposes--for enclosing the shower and for closing the entire bathroom area Breakfast was overpriced, so we didn't use it. There were three restaurants serving breakfast within a very short walk from the hotel, and those hot breakfasts were about half the price and more than double the comfort of breakfast at the hotel.

The breakfast foods were great. Location is good! Our bath mat was not replaced on the 2 day
