I was very happy that they have an airport shuttle, though their explanation of where to find it was wrong (door number) but I found it in the end. Really good service. The room was clean and a very good size. I was very happy to have a bath in the bathroom, it was small but so often you don't get a bath unless spending significantly more. Breakfast was nice, staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful. I have to travel via Madrid for connections quite often and this will always be my top choice. The gym was funny. Seemed to be basically one machine (that looked broken) and two sets of dumbbells. I'd expect more. It was a large room / corridor so plenty of space and needs AC.

Friendly receptionists Small pool with only a few sunloungers. Didn't get to use pool as it was so busy. No seats. Lightsvin toilet and over mirror didn't work.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Airport hotel! The location was very convenient for our flight the next morning, and we loved having access to great amenities such as a workout room and breakfast buffet.

I chose this hotel for two main reasons: first, because it had very good reviews; The reviews turned out to be fully accurate. Excellent staff, very good room , breakfast excellent too. second, because it happened to be almost next door to our car rental firm (5 minute walk) which saved multiple transfers. They provided a shuttle service. A well organised hotel. All good.
